While I was doing the Samza 1.4 release, a couple of bugs were found through
running Beam tests. It would be helpful to test future Samza releases against
Beam in order to help catch bugs and to have confidence that the Beam Samza
runner can upgrade to the new release version.
It would be good to add some steps to RELEASE.md so that future release
managers are aware of Beam testing.
