I0Itec zkclient depends on the deprecated zookeeper:3.4.13; and has been a
blocker for zookeeper 3.7 migrations.
This dependency needs to be upgraded, but I0Itec itself has not been maintained
for around 10 years.
Apache Helix made a copy of I0Itec code, with up to date changes. We will
migrate now use to the Helix copy.
