The class {{RegexTopicGenerator}} (with a lower case second e) is housed in
{{RegExTopicGenerator.scala}}, since Scala allows classes to not match their
file names. This is a bit confusing for people specifying this class in the
config file and the class and filename should agree on a name. Either is fine.
