Updated license file:
* Removed libraries which are not included in the source. This includes al the
transitive jars. We'll need to have a separate LICENSE/NOTICE for the [binary
release|http://www.apache.org/dev/licensing-howto.html#mod-notice].
* Added licenses for all the included libraries, which is all the js/css/open
fonts. Pretty sure this is correct.
* Found a couple more files that needed headers... sigh.
