Now that the jars are back in the repository, it builds fine for me. However, I
can't get hello-samza to build with the SNAPSHOT version. I suggest removing
the gradle.properties change from the patch, and just leaving it at 0.7.0. We
can start the SNAPSHOT version naming from 0.8.0-SNAPSHOT onwards (see
SAMZA-304).
