The config name job.systemstreampartition.grouper.factory, introduced in
SAMZA-123, is a bit long and unwieldy. I think we should rename it. Some
proposals:
# job.input.grouper.factory
# job.partition.grouper.factory
# job.task.grouper.factory
# job.grouper.factory
