[~raulcf], something related to this, as you've said, is defining time.
Currently Samza has no concept of time at all. Do you have any papers you can
recommend on how different systems handle time? I recall
[MillWheel|http://research.google.com/pubs/pub41378.html] had some concept of
time built in. Are there any good papers on this?
