The website will look like this:
1) if the page is "versioned", the links in nav bar point to other same version
pages. e.g. if in .../latest/foo.html, the links in the nav bar points to
.../latest/documentation , .../latest/tutorials. .../0.7.0/foo.hmtl points to
.../0.7.0/documentation.
2) The nav links in all other pages point to the latest-released version, which
is 0.7.0 now. So the nav links in pages, such as Committers, point to the 0.7.0
version.
