Random thought. I'm experimenting with [Vagrant|https://www.vagrantup.com] as
part of the RocksDB integration (SAMZA-236). It seems that Vagrant supports
[multi-machine mode|https://docs.vagrantup.com/v2/multi-machine/] (running
multiple virtualbox VMs on a single box). Seems like this might be useful for
running multi-node integration tests from within a single node.
