Now that SAMZA-236 has been committed, it seems redundant to support both
LevelDB and RocksDB. Once we're satisfied that RocksDB works well and covers
all of our needs, we should remove all LevelDB KV code from Samza so that
things are simple.
I think that we should wait until at least the 0.9 release before doing this.
