Looks like you removed the licenses for bundled libs (bootstrap, font-awesome,
fonts, jquery, jquery plugins) entirely. Was that deliberate? I think we still
need them.
This note about "short version of licenses" refers to [this ASF
policy|http://www.apache.org/dev/licensing-howto.html#permissive-deps], which
says that for BSD and MIT licenses, you only need to reference the name of the
license, but not include the full license text.

I think we need to fix this. ASF is strict about licensing, and it's important
to get right.
