[~criccomini], yes! That's a great point! This *does* apply to all window 
operator, given that all tuples in the stream are coming in the order of the 
"timestamp" used to determine the window operation. The tricky issue on that 
is: when we have re-paritioning in-between the tasks, the original order on the 
timestamp field may be lost.
