Attaching patches for both latest and master. Upgraded both to RocksDB (from
LevelDB). Updated version to 0.9.0 for latest. Also attaching a docs patch for
incubator-samza, which updates the latest hello-samza to use 0.9.0 instead of
0.8.0.
