Samza currently does not provide a way to share objects between user-provided
components such as task instances and serde factories. Even if you use
Singletons, there is still an issue of where to initialize them. This could be
solved by providing a new interface, say JobListener, which would receive a
JobContext object and the Config. The listener implementation could then
create objects and place them into the JobContext, which would then be passed
to things like SerdeFactorys, StreamTask instances, etc.
