### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/incubator-seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Because SeaTunnel Engine is the internal engine of SeaTunnel, So we will use the `SeaTunnelClient` class in seatunnel-seatunnel-starter. In this case, the submitssion of jobs and the monitoring of job status are all in seatunnel-seatunnel-starter. Therefore, seatunnel-seatunnel-starter process will only close after the job is end(Success or Failed).
