### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/incubator-seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Why did the v2 connector remove the v1 support for complex transform compatibility? Such as defining time attributes and watermark, using windows in sql for transform, etc. In my opinion, if we want to use flink and spark engine for data synchronization and data processing, we should be compatible with their special features and cannot remove this part. In this way, our seatunnel framework can achieve a wide coverage and can do both data synchronization and data processing.
