### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description For the heterogeneous synchronization solution of Oracle database, in some scenarios, there may be no identification column of incremental data in the data table, so it is difficult to distinguish the incremental data. The current practice is to use Oracle LogMiner for log analysis to obtain the operation Sql of incremental data for synchronization. But I don't see any Oracle CDC or other solutions in Seatunnel.
