On my test env, running "seatunnel.cmd" always fail with the same error that
I mentioned before:
The seatunnel client always try to connect to port 5801(Indeed this
port is being used by Seatunnel Server) but always fail,
finally it crashed.
Note: I'm using 2.3.8 version and didn't modify any configuration files.
