### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Add a new configuration option `tunnel_name` to the MaxCompute connector to support specifying a custom Tunnel Quota (exclusive resource group) for data transfer operations. Alibaba Cloud MaxCompute provides **Tunnel Quota** (exclusive resource groups for data transmission) which allows users to use dedicated computing resources for MaxCompute Tunnel data transfer. This provides: - **Better performance**: Dedicated resources for data transfer - **Resource isolation**: No competition with shared quotas - **Cost optimization**: Pay for dedicated resources only when needed Currently, the MaxCompute connector in SeaTunnel does not support configuring a custom Tunnel Quota, which limits users who need these capabilities.
