Thanks for volunteering here. I checked the current issue state, and this one is already in progress through PR #11286. The scope in that PR is aligned with what this docs task needs: practical diagnosis steps, thread-sizing guidance, restart boundaries, and checkpoint/state-storage troubleshooting in both English and Chinese docs. So I would keep this issue open until that PR is merged, but there is no need to claim a second competing implementation on the same thread.
