Thanks for the extra rereview. On this unchanged head, Daniel's source-side conclusion is still clear for me. The remaining gate is still the stale-head `Build` failure Daniel already called out before, and this branch is still behind the latest `dev`. So the lowest-cost next step is still to sync with the latest `dev` and rerun `Build` first.
