Hi @officialasishkumar, thank you again for identifying and fixing this cursor-pagination no-progress loop. This is a real reliability issue, and your PR helped make the failure mode clear. The same fix, including regression coverage for an unchanged cursor, has since been merged through #11098 and is now present on dev. To avoid maintaining two equivalent implementations, I am closing this older PR as superseded.
