Pushed a follow-up commit `b94d9dd7d` after syncing with latest `dev`. This update addresses the latest error-handler review blockers in a scoped way: - moves shared threshold updates out of the per-row hot path and publishes local deltas only after checkpoint completion; - makes error-handler config validation fail fast for unsupported enum values, invalid numerics/ranges, and merges global/stage sink options; - flushes transform-routed errors on `FlushSignal` and propagates checkpoint IDs to child error-sink `prepareCommit(long)`; - avoids retaining successful JDBC rows after auto flush when `auto_commit=false`; - stops writing original row payloads to ordinary WARN logs; - closes quarantined multi-table writers before removing ownership and propagates close failures; - eagerly initializes the error sink with task metrics/event listener; - reduces the scheduler/network-sensitive E2E behavior and documents the checkpoint-complete counter semantics in EN/ZH docs.
