Correction for the compatibility evidence above: the private helper names are PhysicalPlan.updateStateInfo, PhysicalPlan.updateStateTimestamps, and PhysicalVertex.updateStateTimestamps. The compatibility conclusion is unchanged: - PhysicalPlan and PhysicalVertex constructor changes only add generic type parameters to existing Hazelcast IMap arguments. - Java erasure keeps the JVM descriptor as IMap, IMap, so existing callers do not lose a different runtime constructor descriptor. - The removed helpers are private implementation details, not public/protected API.
