Could you attach the full stack trace (including the root cause, e.g. the PostgreSQL error message about the replication slot) so we can confirm this matches the known issue? This issue is labeled fixed-in-dev. Could you try the latest dev branch (or a nightly build) and confirm whether the replication slot creation succeeds with your config? As a sanity check, please confirm the PostgreSQL prerequisites: wal_level=logical, max_replication_slots > 0, and that the 'postgres' user has REPLICATION privilege.
