## Summary - rescue the stale #10134 change on top of the current `dev` head - add `oss://` warehouse handling in `PaimonCatalogLoader` - move the OSS guidance to the active Paimon sink docs and add a focused loader test ## Why this follow-up PR The original PR #10134 is currently far behind the latest `dev` branch and GitHub reports merge conflicts.
