## Purpose
Improve the connector documentation for Kafka, IoTDB, OceanBase, Oracle and
PostgreSQL by filling in missing Key Features checkboxes, clarifying the actual
behavior of each connector against the current source, and adding the streaming
/ multi-table / exactly-once examples that were previously missing.
## Scope of changes
### `docs/en/connectors/{source,sink}/Kafka.md` (and matching zh files)
- Add a streaming EXACTLY_ONCE + dynamic partition discovery example on both
sides.
- Add an Avro deserialization source example and a NATIVE round-trip sink
example.
- Fill out the sink `Key Features` checkboxes (`batch`, `stream`,
`parallelism`, `cdc`, `support user-defined split`).
- Document the current default behaviour of the reader cache queue and the
relationship between `partition-discovery.interval-millis` and `start_mode`.
### `docs/en/connectors/{source,sink}/IoTDB.md` (and zh)
- Fill out the `Key Features` checkboxes for both source (`batch`, `stream`,
`cdc`) and sink (`batch`, `stream`, `parallelism`, `cdc`).
- Clarify that the IoTDB source runs a bounded SQL query and does not tail
new data in streaming mode.
- Document the time-range partitioning rule (`lower_bound`, `upper_bound`,
`num_partitions`) with a concrete split example.
- Add a streaming sink example with explicit `batch_size`, multi-node
`node_urls`, and the retry parameters.
### `docs/en/connectors/{source,sink}/OceanBase.md` (and zh)
- Add a per-table `query` override example to demonstrate that each
`table_list` entry can carry its own SQL.
- Add a regex `table_path` example for time-partitioned tables.
- Document the streaming incremental ID range pattern (and the note that
continuous CDC belongs on OceanBase CDC).
- Add an EXACTLY_ONCE sink example backed by `OceanBaseXADataSource` and a
`batch_size` + `batch_interval_ms` example.
### `docs/en/connectors/{source,sink}/Oracle.md` (and zh)
- Add a streaming incremental ID range source example with explicit upper /
lower bounds.
- Add a TNS connection string example showing `oracle.net.tns_admin`
resolution.
- Add a `where_condition` example that filters rows for `table_path` reads.
- Add a `batch_size` + `batch_interval_ms` sink example and a multi-table
write example that uses `${schema_name}` / `${table_name}` placeholders.
- Bring the Chinese source doc to parity with the English version by adding
the parallel reader section, decimal_type_narrowing table, the parallel-by-PK
and parallel-boundary examples, and the multi-table read example.
### `docs/en/connectors/{source,sink}/PostgreSQL.md` (and zh)
- Fill out the `Key Features` checkboxes for both source (`batch`, `stream`,
`exactly-once`, `column projection`, `parallelism`, `support user-defined
split`, `support multiple table read`, `cdc`) and sink (`exactly-once`, `cdc`,
`support multiple table write`, `timer flush`, `batch`, `stream`,
`parallelism`).
- Note that continuous change capture is provided by PostgreSQL-CDC, not the
JDBC source.
- Add a streaming incremental ID range source example, a schema-prefix
(`database.schema.table`) example, and a per-table `query` override example.
- Add a streaming timer-flush sink example and a multi-table write
placeholder example.
## Notes
- No code or e2e logic was changed; this PR only updates documentation.
- Config names, defaults, and example options match the current connector
implementation.
- I did not bump or edit the supported version metadata for any connector.
