@DanielLeens Updated the STIP and #11734 with the concrete v1 decisions from the review. It now uses SubPlan.pipelineRestoreNum as the single HA durable attempt counter, defines atomic deduplication, sets 4 KiB and 64 KiB limits for messages and stack traces, and stores one bounded finished-job snapshot.
