Thanks for checking back in. Rechecked the current state on the unchanged head: from Daniel's side there's no reopened source-level blocker on the Oracle SCN startup path, and the required `Build` check is green. To be precise about scope: I don't have write/merge permissions on this repository, so I can't merge it myself — that action needs a project committer/maintainer with merge rights. From a code-review standpoint this looks ready to me.
