@DanielLeens pushed the rotation and checkpoint follow-up in `fd580e2de` Tail state is now keyed by stable local file identity with a bounded content anchor. Rename-and-create rotation can continue the old file from its new path while treating the replacement path as a new file. Copytruncate rewrites are detected even when the file refills past the previous offset. Also added exact-byte completion checks, latest-mode partial row handling, missing-file state cleanup, reader-side identity checks and restore coverage for an in-flight split across rotation.
