@DanielLeens, following up on your note above about converging on one PR path: #11721 is currently approved (including your re-review at the latest head `7cfabc8`) and has a second approval from @davidzollo. It's been through several review rounds and should be ready to merge pending CI. There are now three PRs open for this same fix: #11721, #11725, and #11859 (opened today, same change).
