### Purpose of this pull request Related to #11769. Current `dev` already contains the reconnect handling from #9942 and nested SQL exception detection from #10793. However, the exact multi-table path reported in this issue was not covered. This PR adds regression coverage for two JDBC sink writers behind `MultiTableSinkWriter` with `generate_sink_sql = true`. The test verifies that: - rows are routed only to the active table - an `08S01` failure is detected during batch execution - statements are rebuilt after reconnect - buffered rows are replayed exactly once - the idle table is not written to or reconnected - the SQL used by the writer is generated by the JDBC dialect The test fails if the reconnect handling from #9942 is removed. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. This PR adds regression coverage for behavior already present on `dev`. ### How was this patch tested? Verified with: - `./mvnw -pl :connector-jdbc -DskipITs -DskipIT=true -DfailIfNoTests=false -Dtest=JdbcMultiTableReconnectTest test` - `./mvnw -pl :connector-jdbc spotless:apply` - `./mvnw -pl :connector-jdbc -DskipTests verify` The focused regression test passes with 1 test and no failures. ### Check list * [x] No new Jar binary package is added. * [x] Documentation is not required because this change only adds regression coverage. * [x] This PR does not introduce an incompatible change. * [x] Connector distribution files are not affected because this does not add or modify a connector. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
