Thanks for the thorough re-review @DanielLeens! I have addressed **Issue 1** — the S3 credential provider content has been removed from this PR and will be handled solely in #11871. The S3File.md and checkpoint-storage.md files are now reverted to match `dev`, so this PR now focuses exclusively on the tuning-guide slow-operation cookbook as its title states. Regarding **Issue 2**, I agree — this is a maintainer-level coordination concern between #11870 and #11286. Since this PR now has all 8 accuracy issues fixed and full en/zh parity, it is in good shape for merge consideration.
