Addressed the shutdown race called out in the latest review. The current head now captures the JobHistoryService instance that belongs to the coordinator generation being cleared at the start of clearCoordinatorService(), and only closes that snapshot after the shutdown waits, so this cleanup no longer targets a later generation published during node shutdown.
