Addressed the remaining review item in commit 31b49e6b7. Malformed non-numeric bounds for DATE, TIME, TIMESTAMP, and TIMESTAMP_TZ are now wrapped in JdbcConnectorException with type-appropriate messages, and a TIMESTAMP regression test was added.
