DanielLeens opened a new pull request, #11988: URL: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/11988
### Purpose of this pull request Adds MySQL CDC `startup.mode = "mixed"` for a static `table-names` source. Tables named by `startup.snapshot-table-names` run the normal snapshot-plus-incremental flow; the remaining configured tables begin at the common `startup.specific-offset.*` binlog position. The implementation keeps the selected-table policy and per-table lower bounds in checkpoint state, rejects a restore if the table set, selection, or offset changes, and preserves compatibility with older `IncrementalSplit` state that does not contain the new field. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes. MySQL CDC accepts the new `mixed` startup mode and `startup.snapshot-table-names` option. This first version requires `exactly_once = true` and `incremental.parallelism = 1`; it rejects `table-pattern`. The English and Chinese connector documentation include an example and the binlog-retention/restore constraints. ### How was this patch tested? Added unit coverage for option validation, the minimum mixed start boundary, table-specific filtering state, checkpoint policy retention, and legacy split-state handling. Ran formatting and whitespace validation: ``` ./mvnw spotless:apply -pl seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-cdc/connector-cdc-base,seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-cdc/connector-cdc-mysql -am -nsu git diff --check ``` Local compilation and test execution were intentionally deferred to GitHub CI according to the configured SeaTunnel validation policy. ### Check list - [x] Documentation is updated. - [x] No new connector package or plugin registration is introduced. - [x] No incompatible released-version change is introduced. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
