Addressed in 82165d5d18: - Fixed the CI root cause: the stream fetcher admits CREATE TABLE only when `scan.binlog.newly-added-table.enabled` is enabled; the default ALTER TABLE behavior is unchanged. The internal Debezium schema-record setting is forced on for this option. - Hardened runtime metadata: dynamic identifiers are constrained before they can be substituted into downstream JDBC SQL, and the documentation includes least-privilege guidance. - Runtime sink factory and validation failures use the existing per-table retry and failure-policy handling. The documented supported path is JDBC at-least-once; other sink failures follow the configured multi-table policy. - Runtime-created writer checkpoint state is passed to the underlying sink restore path. Added coverage for restore dispatch, registration retry, resolver gating, identifier rejection, and config override. - Appended the EventType value to retain existing ordinals and updated EN/ZH docs with restore semantics, an upgrade note, supported sink requirements, and a runnable configuration. Local verification: affected-module Spotless apply/check passed. Functional verification is pending the GitHub Build for this head. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
