Stale-CI-status update on this same head (`c7439f83e25`). In my 2026-08-26 approval I flagged that the fork's `Build` check was still pending (not failed) at review time and asked for confirmation it finished green before merging. It has: current live CI on this exact head is fully green (`Build`, `Notify test workflow`, `labeler` all `pass`). That review's conclusion was already "Ready to merge" with no blockers (Issue 1 fixed and tested; Issues 3/4/5 re-examined and found not to be real defects).
