### Search before asking - [x] I searched the existing issues and pull requests and found no report for this exact test failure. ### What happened The Java 8 Linux unit-test job can time out in `CoordinatorServiceTest.testClearCoordinatorServiceDropsPendingJobsUnderRejectStrategy`. The failure was recorded in this run: - workflow: https://github.com/goutamadwant/seatunnel/actions/runs/33325288505 - failed job: https://github.com/goutamadwant/seatunnel/actions/runs/33325288505/job/99295441440 The test starts the pending-job scheduler asynchronously, then polls Mockito for up to five seconds to detect that `preApplyResources()` was entered. On the loaded Java 8 runner, that condition was not observed before the timeout. The same unit-test suite passed on Java 11 Linux and on Java 8 and Java 11 Windows. The branch also had a previous fully successful run. This indicates a test synchronization problem rather than a deterministic engine failure. The nearby scheduler tests already use a `CountDownLatch` signalled directly from the mocked `preApplyResources()` call. This test should use the same explicit synchronization instead of polling an in-progress mock invocation. ### SeaTunnel Version `dev`, observed at head `d4835e52587001b3e3cd27eea4dcf45b5be2fd8e`. The regression test was introduced by #11653. ### SeaTunnel Config Not applicable.
