I traced the current-head call sites before changing this behavior. The active-master restore scheduler enters `CoordinatorService.pendingJobSchedule`, which invokes `jobMaster.preApplyResources()` without a `SubPlan`. On successful whole-job pre-apply, the current code stores the futures and clears the `volatile masterFailoverRestore` flag. The only `preApplyResources(this)` caller is `SubPlan`'s later pipeline-recovery path, reached after that initial scheduling step. Therefore the reported permanent-reuse window does not occur on the current control flow. The cleanup collection is already identity-based, so retained profiles are excluded without depending on value equality.
