I prepared the fix for the `compatible_mode` validation/catalog-discovery issue and the duplicated restore path in commit [`50ddffe`](https://github.com/davidzollo/seatunnel/commit/50ddffe5028b1af4e628cd0ccf71a3c89176e986). It defaults the wrapper to MySQL mode, accepts and validates the explicit E2E setting, rejects Oracle mode, shares restore-table construction with MySQL CDC, updates both docs, and adds regression coverage. The source branch belongs to `DanielLeens/seatunnel`; GitHub denied this account permission to update it, so the ready-to-apply commit is preserved at `davidzollo:codex/fix-pr-11060-oceanbase-mode`.
