CI status update on the same head reviewed above: at review time `Build` was still queued/pending with no result yet. I just re-checked, and on this unchanged head it has since completed with `success` (along with `Notify test workflow` and `labeler`). No change to the technical conclusion — this remains a test-only change with no code-side blocker from my side.
