Added `8cea10fc`: `testSourceRocketMqRestore` now also waits for the **sink** topic route before `restoreJob` (same name-server-aware check). Evidence: #12099 run 33976852050, JDK 11 leg — restored source read all 45 messages, but the restored sink hit `CODE: 17` on `test_topic_restore_output_…` for 5 minutes because that auto-created route was dropped during the savepoint stop and the test only re-checked the source topic.
