The `Found duplicate offsets (exactly-once violated)` failures in `SavepointRestoreScaleUpIT` / `SavepointRestoreScaleDownIT` are caused by a restore-remap bug in `CheckpointCoordinator#restoreTaskState` (the remap step is looked up by the per-subtask `getTaskVertexId()`, so it degenerates to 1 and each restored subtask inherits every older checkpointed state), not by the tests.
