@DanielLeens Added cancellation of outstanding HTTP calls before pool eviction, with a regression that failed before the fix and passes afterward. Aligned the server/starter Kotlin runtime and updated the dependency/license inventories, PR description, and redirect migration notes. All seven handler tests passed on Java 8 and 11; the 67-module E2E reactor package also passed with test execution skipped. Isolated Linux startup probes passed with reporting enabled and disabled on both JDKs. They did not reproduce the CI startup timeout, so the E2E now captures thread dumps before teardown without increasing its readiness timeout.
