This is a _very_ peculiar policy, which I haven't seen anywhere else. :wink: To answer your question: I have now enabled GHA on my fork and disabled all actions, except the one called “Build”. In https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12309/commits/b7ef688e540bcdf22a7d59dc0bec05ff51c4cd2c I removed the `write` permission on `packages`, because I don't feel comfortable running a huge number of workflows with elevated permissions.
