## Purpose Stabilize the unrelated flaky integration tests exposed by the full CI run on #12306. ## Changes - wait for the original OpenGauss CDC job to exit after savepoint before producing post-savepoint schema changes - keep the sustained-backpressure assertion strict while giving checkpoint progress a condition-driven CI grace period - run the multi-table FilterRowKind assertion pipeline at parallelism 1 so each row-count rule observes the complete table - start RocketMQ with its final broker identity and wait for routes through the same NameServer path used by the connector - disable retries for the Paimon authorization test that intentionally fails with `NoPrivilegeException` The CI job list was also checked directly: both `transform-v2-it-part-2` jobs passed in the referenced run; the repeated failure was `transform-v2-it-part-1` in `TestFilterRowKindIT`. ## Validation - `./mvnw spotless:apply` - targeted offline test compilation for engine E2E base - targeted offline test compilation for transform E2E part 1 - targeted offline test compilation for OpenGauss CDC E2E - targeted offline test compilation for RocketMQ E2E - targeted offline test compilation for Paimon E2E - `git diff --check` Container E2E tests were not run locally because the Docker daemon is unavailable; GitHub Actions will exercise those paths. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
