Thanks for offering to help, @1-tshu. A correction to the earlier status: #11286 was closed unmerged, so it is not an active implementation path. Independently, I verified current `dev` and found that this issue's cookbook is already present in both `docs/en/engines/zeta/tuning-guide.md` and `docs/zh/engines/zeta/tuning-guide.md`, including the slow-operation diagnosis and remediation guidance. The tuning guide is linked from the corresponding English and Chinese backpressure documentation, and there is no open PR for the same cookbook. The requested documentation outcome is therefore already available on `dev`. I am closing this issue to avoid duplicate work.
