Addressed in `0ee48f169`: manager polling pauses while the page is hidden, refreshes on return without overlapping requests, and discards stale results after visibility or route changes. Added visibility/in-flight/unmount and bracketed-address regressions, restored the unrelated locale text, and clarified backend RPC cost and the client-timeout boundary in EN/ZH docs. Verified 60 unit tests, typecheck, production build, changed-file lint, and all 4 manager-page Cypress tests. The full Cypress run also fails the unchanged starter example expecting “You did it!”; I am not claiming that full suite is green.
