### Purpose of this pull request The Postgres and Kingbase JDBC source option tables list `split.sample-sharding.threshold` default as 10000. `JdbcSourceOptions` uses 1000, and the description plus the commented example on those same pages alredy say 1000. MySQL / Oracle / Jdbc pages match the code. Updates the default cell in the en and zh copies of both pages. Fixes #12426 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Docs only. No runtime change. ### How was this patch tested?
